1. Who can use BrightPath Kids
BrightPath Kids is intended for use by parents and legal guardians who want to organize a child's enrichment schedule, goals, and achievements. Children should not create their own accounts or use the service directly. By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and the parent or legal guardian of any child whose information you enter.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity that happens under your account. Please choose a strong password and do not share it.
3. Acceptable use
Please use BrightPath Kids only for organizing your own family's information. You agree not to:
- upload information about anyone other than your own household;
- upload medical records, diagnoses, therapy notes, or other highly sensitive information about a child;
- attempt to access another user's account or data;
- use the service for unlawful, harmful, or harassing purposes.
4. Content you enter
You keep ownership of the information you enter (schedules, goals, portfolio items, notes). You grant BrightPath Kids a limited license to store and display that information solely so the service can work for you. We do not sell your data.
5. Service availability
We work hard to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
6. Account deletion
You can request deletion of your account and all associated family data at any time by emailing us via the contact page. We will permanently delete your account and your child's records from our active systems within 30 days of a verified request.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you by email or through the app before they take effect.
